When you have not used your Ads.txt file.So in order to generate ads.txt file you have to click on fix now option and follow the steps and download the ads.txt file. Or manually you can type the URL of website then /ads.text at end

Then you will manually get ads.txt code. Then you have to sign in to blogger dashboard then go to settings then go to search preference then under monetization section enable custom ads then paste the ads.txt code. Now wait for 24 hours and your ads.txt error will be solved.

If your problem still not be solved you may check whether you violate any rules or regulations of Google Adsense. And solved all the problem or if you have added another blog or website to Google Adsense to show ads. Which does not follow Adsense policy. Remove that website from Adsense and recheck your Adsense account.
